1. General Provisions & Commercial Scope

Kids Club specializes in commercial and residential supply of playground equipment, arcade game machines, inflatable play zones, electric rides, and soft play equipment across Bangladesh. All sales contracts, quotations, and online requests are governed by these terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Product specifications, dimensions, and visual representations are provided in good faith based on factory data.
• Commercial quotations are valid for the timeframe stated in the formal proposal.
• For custom orders and commercial arcade machinery, an advance confirmation deposit is required prior to order dispatch or fabrication. Balance payments must be settled per agreed contract milestones.

3. Site Preparation & Installation Responsibilities

When installation services are contracted, the client is responsible for providing a prepared, level, and unobstructed site floor, appropriate commercial electrical power supplies (with proper grounding and voltage stabilization for arcade machines and motors), and clear access for equipment delivery.

4. Safety & Operational Compliance

All playground and amusement ride installations should be operated in accordance with provided manufacturer safety guidelines and age/weight recommendations. Kids Club is not liable for damages or injuries arising from improper supervision, unauthorized structural alterations, or equipment operation exceeding recommended capacity.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, website layouts, product photographs, and text content on this website are the intellectual property of Kids Club or its respective suppliers and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
